Between 2007 and 2009, as part of a public procurement contract, the construction of the Akdeniz University School of Nursing was successfully completed. The scope of work included both rough and fine construction works, all of which were executed with precision and delivered on a turnkey basis in accordance with high-quality standards.
All phases of the project were carefully planned and implemented with a strong emphasis on engineering excellence and workmanship. The project was completed on time, in full compliance with regulations, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
Effective coordination was maintained throughout the construction process with both the university administration and relevant public authorities, ensuring smooth progress and successful delivery of the project.
From 2009 to 2014, our company successfully delivered the Daw Islamic Project, a turnkey development located in Tripoli, Libya, with a total enclosed area of 100,000 m². This large-scale project encompassed comprehensive services, from 3D architectural design to full construction and implementation.
The scope included detailed 3D modeling, project planning, and complete execution of architectural and interior finishing works. Key elements of the project involved the installation of gypsum board partition systems, metal suspended ceilings, high-end finishing works, ceramic flooring, column cladding, drywall applications, and intricate decorative mosaic installations.

Between 2011 and 2012, our company successfully carried out construction and finishing works for villa projects located in Cennet Bay, Gölköy – one of the most exclusive areas of Bodrum, MuÄŸla, Turkey.
The scope of work included marble applications, gypsum board partition walls, drywall systems for both ceilings and walls, swimming pool ceramic tiling, bathroom marble installations, and general finishing works. All tasks were executed by our skilled teams with great attention to detail and precision.

Between 2014 and 2015, our company successfully completed the interior construction and finishing works for the lecture halls of the Faculty of Medicine at Akdeniz University.

Between 2015 and 2023, our company successfully carried out a wide range of projects across France involving the design, 3D presentation, production, and installation of railing systems and aluminium joinery, including windows, sliding systems, and doors.
The projects featured custom-designed railing systems tailored to modern architectural requirements, high-performance aluminium windows, sliding door systems, and entrance doors. Additionally, detailed finishing works were implemented on-site to ensure complete and high-quality results.
All phases were meticulously planned and executed in accordance with European standards. These projects stand as a testament to our company’s technical competence, design capability, and execution quality in international markets.
Between 2023 and 2024, our company successfully completed the Best View Fortina 15 Apartments project on the island of Malta as a fully turnkey solution. The project included the design, planning, and installation of marble flooring, which was carried out with great attention to both aesthetics and durability.
We also delivered complete solutions for aluminium joinery systems, including windows, sliding doors, and main entrances. This process covered everything from 3D presentations and technical design to manufacturing and on-site installation. In the interiors, custom beds, fixed and movable furniture elements, as well as wood flooring and wall paneling were integrated seamlessly into the architectural scheme. All furniture sourcing and installation were managed by our team.
Additionally, we upgraded the electrical infrastructure and implemented both functional and decorative lighting systems. Bathrooms and WC areas were designed and constructed, including wet area design and finishing. Across all spaces — including bedrooms, living rooms, lounges, and general living areas — we applied a modern, hotel-inspired design concept, combining comfort, practicality, and elegance.

Between 2024 and 2025, our company undertook the complete façade design and implementation works for the Alomran Elsaare Justice Building project, located in Tripoli, the capital city of Libya. One of the key highlights of the project was the development and execution of structural glass façade systems with bulletproof and double-glazed insulation features, combining advanced security requirements with modern architectural transparency.
In addition to the structural glass façades, transparent curtain wall systems were designed to enhance both the aesthetic value and the natural lighting of the building, while maintaining high safety and energy efficiency standards. All façade elements were integrated with thermally insulated aluminium joinery and sliding systems, supported by double-glazed (insulated) glass applications to ensure long-term performance and environmental control.
Both exterior and interior areas of the building were equipped with aluminium railing systems and aluminium-framed glass balustrades, offering a clean, modern look while adhering to institutional safety regulations.
